Angelia Boyd from CASA By The Lakes spoke to the Murray Lions Club this past Tuesday night. Speaking from her heart and her passion for the mission to advocate for the timely and safe placement of abused and neglected children. She explained that CASA volunteers speak for the best interest of children in Dependency, Neglect, and Abuse Court and advocate for each child to have a safe, permanent home.

She also addressed the need for quality volunteers, as it is this group with the individual children that truly make a difference in their lives. The Murray Lions encourage you to click on this link to learn more about the great work that CASA performs in our community or to volunteer.
